I have been dealing with Dancewear UK since 1997. Ordering costumes for shows is not easy but I always confidently send off my order from Hong Kong to Wales and I know that everything I order will fit the children and if I miss something off the list there will be a calm voice at the end of the phone always ready to help me and despatch an Item at top-speed so that I am not one costume short for the performance!

My daughter competes in dancing competitions and is an aspiring young dancer. Every year she requires new costumes ranging from tap, ballet tutus and modern dance costumes. Dancewear UK has always provided me with high quality dancewear and excellent customer service each time I contact them.
I have become very friendly with the staff, so friendly in fact that every time I phone they remember my daughters shape and advise me of details that I may not have noticed, which would not suit my daughter, and advise me accordingly and I feel that I am not just a customers, I am a friend.
I always use the 'Own Deisgn' service, as I know what I want, but just need some help with the finer details, as I am not a professional designer. I am always made to feel at ease with any questions, however silly I may think they are. They always understand and help accordingly.
