We endeavour to deliver all our goods from our on-line shop within 5-7 days. As a manufacturer, many of our goods are made to order for you, guaranteeing that you will receive the garment in the style and colour you require.
If you are placing a special order and require something that differs from our on-line range, please allow 2/3 weeks delivery from receipt and confirmation of order.
All our orders are despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Parcelforce 24/48 hrs. Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st class mail next day, but this is not a guaranteed service and may take 2-3 days.

All parcels over a value of £200.00 must be signed for, so please ensure that there is someone available to receive parcels at the delivery address. We will contact you via email to inform you of despatch. We cannot offer refunds for postage.

For orders place directly by telephone or email, once manufacturing has started, unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled. If you cancel in time before the cutting of any fabric has commenced, then obviously monies will be refunded.
We are happy to except items purchased from our on-line shop, for a refund or exchange. However, any new items will incur a postage/handling charge of £3.00. Therefore please refer to our size chart before placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Holographic and patterned fabric may fade with repeated washing. We recommend that these items are washed by hand in cold water, with a mild non-abrasive detergent.

All special orders are final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods returned/exchanged after the 7 day period are at our discretion.
If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail due to non collection and we have already re-issued items, postage will be re-charged at the original rate.
In order to process your order we need to ask for your name, address and contact details. We keep these details on file so that we know who our customers are and we can deal with any service queries or returns.
We will not disclose any of your details to third parties, but we reserve the right to contact you with special offers/promotions occurring from time to time.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to allow substitute fabrics with slight colour variations to supply you with a complete order. You will however be contacted to confirm that you accept alternative stock, or be given the option to wait for correct fabrics. Every effort is taken to recreate each garment, but colour reproduction is as accurate as modern resolutions will allow. We are not liable for any changes made to fabric shades by the manufacturer.
Dancewear UK is not responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
