Delivery and Returns

We endeavour to despatch all our goods from our on-line shop within 3 days from receipt of order with payment. This excludes Sundays and national holidays. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to meet these despatch times but, we will always contact you via telephone/email to inform you if a problem has occured that is likely to delay your order.

If you are placing a special order from our 'made to order' gallery, 'made to measure' or 'bespoke' service, please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery from confirmation of order with payment.

All our orders are delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class, Tracked or Parcelforce 24 hrs. Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st Class mail within 2-3 days, but this service is not guarenteed.

Dancewear UK can accept no responsibility for the late arrival of goods due to Royal Mail delays.

No refunds for postage will be given.

Please contact us for quotes on deliveries outside the UK mainland.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns from our on-line shop, for a refund if you feel the garment is unsuitable.

All returns:

  • Must be sent within 7 working days to Dancewear UK, Velindre House, Units 4/5/6 Talgarth Workshops, Talgarth, Brecon, Powys, LD3 0AA.
  • Must be sent postage paid. We recommend a recorded delivery as we accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
  • Must be sent in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached, with original invoice and returns form enclosed.
  • Goods returned after 7 days are at our sole descretion

All 'special offers' and  orders from our 'made to order' gallery, 'made to measure' and 'bespoke'services are final sale and non refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE: Holographic and patterned fabric may fade with repeated washing. We recommend that these items are washed by hand in cold water, with a mild non-abrasive detergent.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges from our on-line shop. However, there will be a handling charge of £3.00 to cover the cost of postage back to you. To minimize exchange goods, please always refer to our Dancewear UK sizing chart when placing an order.

All Exchanges:

  • Must be sent within 7 working days to Dancewear UK, Velindre House, Units 4/5/6 Talgarth Workshops, Talgarth, Brecon, Powys, LD3 0AA.
  • Must be sent postage paid. We recommend a recorded delivery as we accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
  • Must be sent in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached, with original invoice and returns form stating clearly the replacement size/colour needed, together with a postal order or written instructions for your credit card to be deducted the £3.00 handling fee for exchanges. 
  • Goods returned after 7 days are at our sole descretion

If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail due to non collection and we have already re-issued items, postage will be re-charged at the original rate.

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind about your order placed through our on-line shop, you may cancel your order as long as we have not already despatched your garment/s. Telephone: 0845 430 8777   Email: sales@esmedancewear.co.uk

If your goods have already been despatched, no refunds will be given for postage.

If garments ordered from our 'made to order' gallery, 'made to measure' and 'bespoke' services are cancelled before cutting of fabric has taken place, then refunds will be given. If cutting of your garnment has begun then the order will proceed to conclusion.
